You become intensely anxious in certain situations and are prone to panic attacks. Work with your DM to determine your character's triggers (such as social interaction, conflict, public speaking, finances, food, or really anything because anxiety doesn't care about your feelings). When you encounter a stressful situation, particularly one related to a trigger, your DM may ask you to roll a Wisdom saving throw against a DC they determine. If you fail, you suffer a panic attack that lasts for 3d10 minutes, and you gain the frightened and incapacitated conditions during this time. The only action you may take during a panic attack is to reattempt your Wisdom saving throw to calm yourself down. Other creatures can take the Help action to assist you, granting you advantage on these subsequent saving throws. If you are in initiative, this saving throw is made at the beginning of your turn and consumes your action.
Your character may be able to learn to manage their anxiety throughout their life. Therapy, medication, meditation, emotional support familiars, and many other treatments exist; do some character work and figure out what your character will do to mitigate their anxiety and panic attacks. And as always, remember to breathe (unless you are a construct or undead).
Flaw. This is a flaw feat. At your DM's discretion, you may take this feat at any time. If you do, you may also either gain another feat or increase two of your ability scores by +1, or one by +2.
