AG's Boon of The Spellblade

Immediately after making a weapon attack on your turn while concentrating on a spell, you gain one of the following abilities until the end of your turn.

• If you are concentrating on a spell that grants you a specific and unique action or bonus action in its text, you may use that action once without consuming your action or bonus action. (This action can only net you 1 attack)
• If you are concentrating on a spell that targets or creates a weapon, ammunition container, or ammunition itself, you can make one additional attack with said item.

Additionally when you cast a spell on your turn, you may add your spell casting modifier to the next constitution saving throw or weapon attack you make before the start of your next turn. You may add this bonus after the roll is made but before the DM tells you if it was successful.
