though your connection to the world you can now sense spirits of the beast that are around you. after you befriend or buy a beast you can establish a deep bond with them. you can now bond up to 3 beast at a time at lvl1 you have a challenge rating of 1 so you can create a bond with up to three beasts as long as their combined challenge rating is less than yours. Your challenge rating increases to 3 at lvl10. With this bond you can communicate with your animal telepathically sending vague impressions of what you want your beast to do. it acts on its own turn after your initiative. if you do not issue a command, it does its best to protect you. it cost either a bonus action or one of your attacks to command the beast. Once you give it a command, your beast continues to do whatever you commanded it to do to the best of its ability or until it no longer can. Unless you command it again.
when you combine this feat with the beast master variant background it increases your overall challenge rating by 1
