All For One gives the user the ability to steal other quirks and use them as your own. However, it takes your body some time to acclimate to the new power and use the full force of the quirks you steal. Any time a new quirk is stolen, you may use the quirk at half power until a long rest is completed. Once a long rest is completed, you have can use the quirk(s) at full power.
How to steal a quirk: Contested WIS Check vs WIS Save or CON Save, whatever is highest.
If you die, the quirks are returned to the original user and they are able to use their own quirk at full power immediately. If the original user is dead, the quirk is lost.
