When a creature you can see attacks an ally than you that is within 10 feet of you, you can use your reaction to impose disadvantage on the attack roll. You must be wielding a shield.
If you move the full 10 feet you can jump in front of your ally and take the damage instead and reduce the damage you take by 1d6. You must be wielding a shield.
