Limiter removal

"Open your mind!"

Your mind has exceeded it's normal limits. Your limiter may have been removed through intense training, near death experience, nefarious experimentation or even torture. Nonetheless, you are now capable of things normal people are not. You gain the following benefits:

1. Your Intelligence attribute increases by 1 and is no longer capped at 20.

2. You may add your intelligence mod to the hit and damage values of psionic talents or disciplines.

3. When you roll a d20 for an attack, your roll counts as a critical if you roll a 19 or a 20.
