Dagger Master

While duel wielding daggers or any other d4 melee weapon, you can now make two attacks per action without any penalties, assuming you use your complete action to attack. If you roll a critical hit, you may additionally make an extra attack with your bonus action. When using daggers in both hands you feel balanced, as a result you can earn a critical hit with a 19 or 20.

When attacked by an enemy within 5ft, you may also use your reaction to roll a dexterity saving throw to half the damage. This may only be used once per turn and resets on the player's next turn. This effect can stack with the rogue's uncanny dodge, thus rendering damage to 0. This effect can only be used once, but returns after a short rest.
