requirement: must have at least 1 level in monk
your heightened monk senses allow you to one per day calm your mind and hear the heartbeats of any creatures within 90ft this does not apply to constructs, undead or any other creature that does not have a heartbeat (up to dm on this one)
you also gain advantage on perception checks that use hearing
