You've trained in concealing small items in your stomach, giving you the ability to temporarily stash objects within. You can store a number of non-digestible items equal to your proficiency bonus in your stomach, provided, the total weight is no heavier than 3 lbs and their combined surface area is no larger than 1/3 of a cubic ft. Storing or retrieving an item is as easy as storing or retrieving an item from your bag, but the items can only sit in there for so long. If they are not retrieved after 1d4 + Con hours (starting from when an item is first stored), then you cannot move or take actions until after a full turn, as you immediately vomit up the contents of your stomach. You also gain the Poisoned condition until you finish a long rest.
