You came face to face with the fathomless. While she didn't grant you all of her gifts, you did manifest some of her powers, granting you the following benefits:
Waterwalking. You can breathe air and water. Also you gain a swiming speed equal to your walking speed.
Voice of the Depths. You learn the Command spell. You can cast this spell without expending a spell slot. Once you cast this spell in this way, you can’t do so again until you finish a long rest. You can also cast this spell using spell slots you have. The spell’s spellcasting ability is Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma when you cast it with this feat (choose when you gain the feat).
Judgment for the Stagnant: During your turn you can use your reaction to pull the spirit of a creature within 30 feet of you, if the creature hasn't used its movement that turn. Once pulled, the spirit has the same hit points and AC as the creature however it is considered paralyzed and you ignore any damage resistances the creature might have. When the spirit is damaged, the creature takes half the damage that the spirit takes. The spirit returns to its owner at the end of its next turn or if the owner of the spirit gets 60 feet away from it, however, if you kill the spirit before it returns to its owner, you regain 2d10 hit points and the creatures movement is halved until the start of your next turn. You can once per day and it recharges at dawn.
