You have trained under the cloudless night and deep in the forests during monsoon to master the dance of life-bringing water.
- You can sense the changing weather in your bones. Whenever you finish a short or long rest, you can accurately predict the weather for the next 24 hours.
- Your perception is never reduced by weather conditions.
- Once per Long Rest, you can use a bonus action to call forth a storm. Clouds overhead darken and rain begins to fall within a 100 ft. radius, centered on you. If a creature would inflict lightning damage while in the storm, they inflict an additional 1d8 damage. Creatures, other than yourself, that start their turn more than 30 ft in the air while in the storm take 1d8 lightning damage.
