The eyes of destruction are deep and are able to peer into the abyss. These eyes are from the source of demons and the Demon Kind of Tyranny. Beauty and destruction have never gone so well together. A humanoid can make a CON save (DC 16) and cause other creatures, allies or not, to be afraid and cause a slight earthquake within a 3 mile radius. On a save they are not feared but still feel the rumbling of the quake.
A character can look at another creature/ humanoid with these eyes and have them make a CHA save (DC 16). On a fail they take 6d8 psychic damage, on a save they take half the damage. The creature is now feared as well.
If these eyes are enabled upon another creature/humanoid the rolls must be made by your proficiency bonuses.
