You are cursed with a curse born of an ancient necromancer. Fortunately for you, the curse has decayed over time which means it doesn't turn you into a zombie completely.
DM to roll a percentile for the power of the curse. 1-60% 1 Extremity, 61-80% 2 extremities, 80-95% 3 extremities, 96-100% 4 extremities.
Roll a D4: 1-L Arm, 2-R Arm, 3-L Leg, 4-R Leg. The extremity rolled turns a bluish-grey in color, it no longer bleeds when cut, (still can be damaged or cut off) it is always cold to the touch, you cannot feel pain in that extremity, wounds to the limb are very slow to heal and usually require stitching to bring the flesh back together.
This curse stacks. When all four extremities are effected and the PC is cursed by the same curse one more time, (being cursed a total of 5 times) the PC is completely zombified and becomes an NPC Zombie. (see zombie stat block) The zombie can be controlled via spells, but otherwise it hungers for flesh and its mind is lost.
When ever you take radiant damage add 1D6 of damage per Limb affected by curse.
If you have three or more extremities effected by this curse then Undead creatures see you as Undead and you are treated as undead for all spell casting.
If this curse effects a cleric, the cleric must take 1D6 Necrotic Damage for every limb effected by the curse at the start of each day. If the Cleric would be turned into a zombie through the curse, the cleric is instead changed into a necromancer. (switch character to Grave Domain Cleric)
Dispel Curse cast at 8th level will permanently remove this curse. However, if the spell is cast at any other level, it appears to be removed but then reappears the next morning on the same extremity.
