Distractible

Whether it's something they were born with or some magical affliction, your character can get distracted VERY easily. It can be a pain, but it also grants them an uncanny ability to notice small things around them that many would miss.

• You gain a +3 bonus to passive Perception and Investigation checks
• You suffer a -3 penalty to normal Perception and Investigation checks
