- Your constitution and Charisma/dexterity scores increase by 1 up to a maximum of 20
- You gain resistance to thunder damage.
- On your turn you can choose to spend your bonus action to do 2d4 thunder damage to any creature within a 10ft radius of you. You can do this once per short rest but this restriction is lost after 10th level
