Some corrections (these rules were not brought up during the creation of this cult):
1. The knights of Ni is allied with other cults as well, we are allied with them too (such as the spider guild). Also, swearing not to ally with any other cult seems excessive. Maybe we're just neutral with other cults unless stated otherwise (as in, except if we ally or declare war)?
2. I personally think we shouldn't force people to change their location to join. A location is a way for people to express themselves (or say their actual location, if they don't make something up), and forcing them to change it isn't the best. I'd say a much better solution is to put something like "join the flumphs! Flumphs are mighty!" In the cultist's signature.
3. Maybe not all of us? Or 1 agreeing? That could make it pretty tedious to join, along with the other things. Maybe anyone can join unless they're a sworn enemy of the flumph or whatever.
4. Flumphs are very cool, awesome, almighty, adorable, pretty and powerful.
