But we are safe, completely and utterly, because the Order protects us. In Rhotha’s name, these brave paladins tax and defend the people. Not far to the north from the capital is a small town, and in that town is the Fallen Inn. The Order’s presence isn’t quite as tight as it might be in such a place, attracting many strangers and travellers. But any who come to the Inn should be glad, because Rhotha and the Order keep this world completely and utterly safe.

Moonwood is a small town near Broan City. It's fairly independent and attracts all sorts of odd souls and motley crews. One order Paladin watches over the town carefully night and day, but this seeming lack of security other than a small Town Watch is no reason to get up to no good. In the middle of Moonwood, there is a tavern called the Fallen Inn. The residents drink away their woes here and it is generally a lively place.
A young-ish elvish-looking person is sitting in the corner, tinkering with something made of various types of metal.

In one hand the tabaxi carries a long wooden glaive. He wears a mail shirt and white trousers cuffed at the knee, and has a small olivine ring pierced through his right ear. He is smiling as through at utter ease with life as he approaches Moonwood.
