Should I make a cult/tavern, I have noticed how people put in effort and lore for taverns and cults and then the tavern/cult dies...
Soooo I must ask your opinion should I make one, or will it die? Would you join?

It's really up to chance whether a tavern or cult dies. If you have an idea and you like it, and you think others will like it, then go for it.
