Humanity has begun colonizing space and has come across the planet TM-910. This planet has a perfect atmosphere for sustaining life, overwhelming amounts of resources, and ancient alien ruins just ready to be explored. Obviously, everyone wants to get their hands on this planet, thus the war started.
The rules are simple, create a nation and play as its leader, controlling your colonies and armies. Your end goal is to control the planet. You can ally with other nations but remember: In the end, there can be only one winner.
Rules Of Settlement:
Settlements have a level system, increasing in level when the population multiplies by 10. Your settlement population doubles every irl day. You start with 2 FOBs and can create new ones by sending out 10 from any settlement. Any settlement that has under 10 people collapses.
1 FOB: 10 settlers, 100% soldiers.
2 Outpost: 100 settlers, at least 10% of people are soldiers.
3 Station: 1,000 settlers, at least 10% soldiers.
4 City: 10,000 settlers, 20% soldiers.
5 Metropolis: 100,000 settlers, 20% soldiers.
Rules of Engagement:
Both sides will roll a d100, depending on the power level of an army, which is determined by its size and strength, there will be advantage and disadvantage distributed. If the power levels are similar, there will be no modifications to the roll. If one is drastically lower than the other, they will have disadvantage, if one is drastically higher, they will have advantage.
Air units have advantage over ground units, except anti-air, which has disadvantage.
A small military outpost has sprung up in an area similar to an alpine forest. They are the UNRC and are devoted to alien resources, doing research on said and protecting them from exploitment.
Colonel Anna Graves sits at a desk in her office, fixing a malfunctioning handgun.
A small squad of soldiers, comprised of 3 guards and Anna Graves herself, approach the AMWC driving a sleek fusion powered hummer. They seek a potential alliance, but are prepared to fight if need be.
The Hummer stops and Anna gets out and approaches the sentry slowly and waves to it.
”Greetings. I come here on behalf of the UNRC. I am Colonel Anna Graves, and I come here looking for a potential alliance.”
Anna is a tall woman who wears a set of augmented Military Fatigues and body armour made from a mix of lead and Kevlar. She has black hair and stands at 6’4” and has a powerful bearing. She wields a laser rifle that looks very similar to an M4A1, and a .42 Pistol at her left hip.
The space exploration and research Society has recently landed on TM-910 and has set up a small base in a large valley and another base near a coastline on the opposite side of the planet. (Assuming there’s an ocean) their leader, Henry Williams, is watching the construction of buildings around the valley base.
