Obviously there's Pathfinder, which I've played, and all the OSR stuff, but for the most part I've been playing D&D as my main game for over 35 years (Yes, I'm that old).
I'm curious to know what other Fantasy TTRPG systems people here like to play in addition to D&D? I'd love to try some new things.
"Orcs are savage raiders and pillagers with stooped postures, low foreheads, and piggish faces with prominent lower canines that resemble tusks." MM p245 (original printing) You don't OWN your books on DDB: WotC can change them any time. What do you think will happen when OneD&D comes out?
I played some burning wheel a while back, and it was fun. It’s super-complicated, and the combat system is maddeningly intricate and very deadly. To the point you really want to avoid fights (because they are both annoying and deadly). But for an rp-heavy game it’s pretty great.
Iron Kingdoms was pretty cool, but it’s steampunk more than fantasy.
I’ve also heard good things about 13th age, though I’ve not played it myself.
One thing I've wanted to play but not gotten around to yet is Call of Cthulhu, and another one I've heard good things about is mutants and masterminds.

I only tried it REALLY briefly, but GURPS has some cool mechanics for character creation.
BoringBard's long and tedious posts somehow manage to enrapture audiences. How? Because he used Charm Person, the #1 bard spell!

HERE.I used to love Call of Cthulhu back in the day. Not sure what the newer version is like. Have a very unique vibe.
