Founded during the revolutionary war by the British, the Worldjumpers Organization for the Lost, Worldjumpers for short, is a secret society dedicated to keeping people in the right world, and also using the powers of the people from other worlds to fight for the British. The Worldjumpers never got a chance to fight, as the war was won by America shortly after they were founded.
Now, centuries later, there are Worldjumpers hubs scattered all across the continents, covered up by the government, dedicated to capturing beings from other worlds. Some Worldjumpers are Loggers, who record knowledge from the other worlds, some are Capturers, some are Keepers. Capturers and Keepers work together to keep the other worlds a secret, Capturers by capturing otherworldly creatures in their clutches, and Keepers hide these instances from the people. There are other types of Worldjumpers-like the ones that capture interdimensional criminals, and those who do diplomacy with other peaceful worlds.
The main Worldjumpers hub is in London, and you’re there for some reason. Maybe you were captured and from another world, maybe you’ve been an agent for a long time, maybe you’re an Earth native who was roped into this secret for some reason or another.
Worldjumpers wander around the facility. The only thing that keeps them from looking like normal people is the rolled up left sleeve that reveals a planet tattooed onto the skin. Of course, many are not normal people. They come from other worlds and have joined the Worldjumpers in their goal for interdimensional order-or were forced to. But the thing that keeps these people secret is the Hyder, which is attached to the tattoo on their arm and allows them to look human whenever they wish. A miraculous mix of magic and technology. A few have opted out, but they will not be so close to the entrance of the facility.
Worldjumpers can be from any world you wish, including alternate realities like urban fantasy worlds, or plain fantasy, or sci-fi. Random portals have somehow gotten your Worldjumper to Earth, unless they are an Earth native. Earth Natives do not know about the other worlds, and there will be punishments if they are told. There have been many instances in the past of Worldjumpers not using their Hyder, and while the organization has managed to keep these a secret, it has caused the bits of suspicion people do have for other worlds.
The Worldjumpers facility has two parts, the Worldjumpers facility and the Worldwalkers facility. Worldwalkers are people who train to be Worldjumpers, or prisoners. The Worldwalkers have quarters, a lounge, a cafeteria, and a training rooms. They cannot leave the Worldwalker’s facility. Worldjumpers have more freedom, they have the same rooms the Worldwalkers have, but also the HQ, which contains portals to other worlds, a map that detects otherworldly openings, technology combined with magic, and rare and deadly weapons. There are also prisons under the facilities for creatures deemed too dangerous to train, who will either be imprisoned for life or killed. There’s also a garage linked to the HQ, and the whole facility is filled with security cameras.
Welcome to the Worldjumpers. We expect great things from you.
There will be the occasional mission to another world! If you’d like to participate or run one, let me know with your character/world details.
You can have characters from fandoms but only OCs.

In the Worldwalkers facility, the door creaks open and a younger woman steps inside, the Worldjumpers tattoo clearly visible on her arm. Her sleeves are rolled up, and she wears a simple suit. Her brown hair is tied into a bun, and her black eyes flash around, looking for any Worldwalkers.

A short woman with a suit in perfect condition, a belt with several strange pieces of technology on it, and long, thin, wiry tentacles in place of hair wanders over, to them, their tentacles moving them across the ground. They nod to the woman, and blink. "Hello."
A short child stands somewhere inside the facility, just staring off into space. They have a baggy gray sweater on, obscuring any tattoos, so you can't be sure that they're from another world. However, their ears flop long---somewhat disgustingly---down their back, showing that they've got some work to do on looking human. Then, with an audible grunt and scrunched eyes, their ears begin to recede, shrinking into a normal-sized pair.

Salem has dubbed me Fellow Pancake of The Fox.
Henlo, I am a pan, NB, chaotic ADHD mess of a furry.
I am also a eepy eeper, who likes WoF, WC, and fire.
*Griffin! May I become a mod?*
Heyo! You can call me Link. Here’s a bit about me:
Roomba Knight, Architect of the Cataclysm, Foxy Lunar Archpriest. Dubbed The Fluffy Bowman by Golden. He/Him
Theatre Kid, Ravenclaw, bookworm, DM, Lego fanatic, mythology nerd, pedantic about spelling. I also love foxes, cats, otters, and red pandas!
I love K-pop Demon Hunters and Korean Mythology. If you want to ask me about something, send me a PM!
I try to keep the peace and be neutral most of the time…
*Not really recruiting, although if you’d have any cool ideas for the thread, PM me and we can maybe figure something out. Sorry.*
