Do I need to purchase the "Subclasses" from the "Eberron: Rising from the Last War" book in order to make the new "Artificer" class available for use in the "character builder" ?

Hey, yeah you do. It's really the whole class you're buying from the book, idk why they don't make that clearer on the purchasing page.
