Currently in the character creation, it combines the All-Purpose Tool bonus with the Infusion created Enhanced Arcane Focus. Is that correct?
Based on the PHB p205, it seems to indicate it should stack but I'm not sure if this is just a bug or not.

If you're asking if having both combines those bonusses, I don't think they do. Both gotta be used as your focus. I don't think you can use two focusses at once.
