This is for a Artificer / Wizard Mutliclass. If I am going Battle Smith and plan to use a shield and a Staff (from the Arcane Focus equipment), can I infuse my staff with Enhanced Weapon?
I know there is a SAC somewhere that says that any staff can be used as a quarterstaff, but would that allow me to apply the Enhanced Weapon Infusion? Or would my only option be to use Enhanced Arcane Focus? Either one would let me attack with Int because it is now a magical weapon, but I wanted to see if there was any rules clarification or consensus on this.
You can only have one infusion on an object at a time. If you want to get creative, assuming you have/find an All-Purpose Tool, you can give yourself Shillilegh as an Artificer cantrip so you get your INT bonus on to-hit. Then you can use another melee cantrip like Booming Blade or Green Flame Blade. If you have Enhanced Arcane Focus, you'll get the +1 cause you're using your spellcasting modifier to hit.
Yeah, the question was never "Can I put two infusions on this?" It was, basically, "Does the Arcane Focus Staff count as a quarterstaff for the purpose of infusing it with Enhanced Weapon?"
Then yes. Essentially, an Arcane Focus Staff can be used as a quarterstaff, but a quarterstaff can't be used as an Arcane Focus. In that regard, it's all about the gold you spend.

That's from the DMG, actually.
Probably fine to apply either infusion (but not both at the same time).
