Hi! I am a first-time adventure writer working on a D&D 5E adventure targeting publication on DMsGuild and I am looking for up-and-coming artists to come on board the project. I am looking for two people specifically — one who specializes in cartography and dungeon maps, and one who specializes in character portraits, creatures, and cover art.
I want to be upfront — I am not in a position to pay a lot per piece, so this is best suited for someone looking to get a published DMsGuild credit on their portfolio without needing an established reputation first.
This is a hobby project and I am in no rush. Quality and shared creative vision matter far more to me than speed. I want to build a team that is on the same page and genuinely enjoys what we are creating together.
The adventure is a dark maritime fantasy set in the Forgotten Realms. If things go well this is the first book in a planned series of three, with a potential fourth side arc — so there is room to grow together as a creative team for anyone who wants to stick around for the long haul.
If that sounds like something you would enjoy being part of, I would love to see your portfolio. Drop it below or send me a message and we can go from there.
All skill levels welcome — the right style fit matters more than years of experience.
