I bought some spellbook cards and I plan on creating other cards for the rest of my hexblade warlock stuff, and I'm looking for inspiration on a nice warlock player mat. Has anyone seen designs for such a thing? I want something like this gloomhaven player mat but with action, reaction, bonus action, short rest, long rest, spell slots, etc..
Someone with a laser engraver could probably do this for you like your example. Perhaps draw a layout and dimensions you like with simple boxes and contact a laser engraving ship on Etsy to see if they’ll do custom work for you and their quote. I found this place which already seems familiar with d&d, but there are many available. https://www.etsy.com/shop/CriticalHitLaser?ref=s2-header-shopname
That looks really cool and I may use that resource, thank you! But to clarify, I meant that I’m looking for a good layout design. I’ve drawn up something simple with a spot for current action, reaction, bonus action; arrows for short rest and long rest to the sides of the mat (same as the arrows for discarded and lost cards on the default gloomhaven player mats); spell slots; health counter; hit die counter; and inspiration (am I missing anything..?).
So, for example, if I use my reaction to take an opportunity attack then I’ll play my opportunity attack card in the reaction spot. If I cast a spell as an action, I’ll play that card in the action spot and put a token on one of my spell slots. If I’m out of spell slots, I’d put all my spell cards into the short rest pile (because warlocks regain spell slots after a short rest).
I’ll post my design when it’s a little more definitive but I’d love to see if anyone has their own design or suggestions for mine.

Here's the first draft. My full combat setup will be:
I think with that setup it will be easier to be in-the-moment during combat which is what I've been going for from the start.
