I have a level 3  genie warlock with pact of the tome that has the hex spell and yet it is only showing in the level 2 spells and as a bonus action. I tried to delete the spell and add it back in and that did no good. I then deleted the spell, viewed my sheet and it was still there and it still shows up in the list of known spells. I cannot remove the spell because I get an error every time so it seems like the sheet thinks that the spell is both there and not there. Can I get it fixed? It should show in the level 1 spell slots and the level 2 spell slots. It is messing with avare in that it automatically casts the tier 2 version of the spell and I have to tell it to do the tier one spell for it to cast normally. Can this be fixed?

Warlocks don't have first level spell slots after second level.

I didn’t know that. I really didn’t. Thanks for letting me know. I do have mage armor as a level 1 spell. It’s the armor of shadows so I assumed that hex would be in the level 1 spot as well.

That's an invocation, not a spell on your spell list that you cast using spell slots.
