I own physical copies I've bought online off of Amazon, of books that are labelled on this site.
Guild Master's Guide to Ravinca, Ebberon: The Last Uprising, Volvo's Guide to Monsters, Players Handbook, Dungeon Masters Guide, and finally the Monster Manual. Three of these are core books while the others are not.
A campaign I'm in requires a link to this sites user character sheets in order to function at all. I own the books physically, but owning them physically does not help when I can't make the character's I want to on this site digitally despite owning the books to make them physically. Is there any way to have a Proof of Purchase sent to staff to unlock those books for use, cause I have receipts for all of them and have zero qualms about handing them over to staff to help with this.
The short answer is no. Buying a physical book does not grant you free access to the information on this site. If you go to Roll20 or Fantasy Grounds, they would also disallow it. Buying a physical copy of Harry Potter does not grant you access to the ebook nor audiobook versions of it either. Buying a refill cup of Coke from McDonalds does not mean you can take the refill cup and go to Subway and refill it with Coke there.

I recommend reading the pinned thread on this issue in the feedback subforum.

Fair enough, thank you for the advice, I'll definitely try that out and hopefully it'll work. ^^
