Hey developers, I have recently found that I would really wish to have the option to delete and modify created homebrew items. Editing for little update reason like spelling or minor tweaks. Deleting to get rid of old or test version as currently the editing is not working. I am sure there are ways to solve the publishing aspect too.
Is this something relevant for you other community peeps?
As stated in the homebrew guidelines, published homebrew cannot be deleted or retracted from being published. This is because it causes serious issues for those who may have added it should it be deleted (a few fellow mods have been trying to help someone who added some homebrew that was rejected for violating the guidelines, and the author then deleted it, breaking the users character sheet).
As for editing homebrew, you can publish a new version that will supercede the previous one as the version the community sees. To do this, go to your homebrew and select the 'Create new version' option. Make your changes, then publish it.
