For whatever reason, when you modify the name or the notes of Spell Scrolls, those modifications randomly disappear at some point in the future. Not sure, but maybe this is an issue because it’s a stackable item perhaps?
Yeah, I've noticed this as well. I was able to remember most of the spells I had listed on the modified scroll, but not all.
