Dungeon Master Guide Magic Items Missing

Some, but not all, magic items from the new 2024 DM Guide are missing when I search for them in the character inventory. The book has been shared with the campaign, and is viewable. Other campaign members can see items without issue, but I cannot view them from any character (existing or newly created). My entitlements say they are synchronized.

Staff of Healing in particular. 

I have checked a combination of all of them. Legacy, 2014, Homebrew, Core, Extended. Obviously the Legacy and 2014 causes the Legacy staff to show up. I have compared to other players who have the item showing up. The characters are in the campaign as well.
