I'm trying to run a one shot, and someone who has made a character has their character portrait in my campaign, but has no sheet in my campaign, DESPITE having their privacy settings set to public. Is there anything else that could be preventing me the DM from seeing this character's presence, especially since I have already sent them a link to join the game? Oh and despite their being 3 portraits for 3 different characters, there are only 2 character sheets present. The number counter of players is also registering as 2.
If you go into one of the other characters in the campaign in the top area there should be link that gives a dropdown of all characters in the campaign, is the character listed there?

So I go into another character's sheet. And then the dropdown is located where EXACTLY? Between what points, or around what icons or words is this dropdown supposed to be near?

ModeratorWith my resolution on my desktop browser it's above the HP area next to Long Rest. It could shift around some on yours though, hence top area.

It's been fixed now. Don't know how. But it magically fixed itself. Thank for the assistance. Sorry for the chaos.
