I have the DM role for a campaign and get the following error when trying to view one of my PC's character sheets.
As you try to enter the 403rd level of the endless dungeon, the ancient dragon Rylzrayrth rises up to block your path. The dragon has forbidden you from traveling any further.
In other words, you don’t have access to complete the action.
followed by error code (in title) and version number 4.2.0
If I attempt to edit the character, it doesn't give me the error code instead giving a similar page. I don't know if the player is having the same problem.

The problem was related to a player who's subscription expired. The issue has been resolved.
