I've looked through the FAQ and didn't see my question on it, so I'm asking here.
I currently have the Hero Tier subscription and have made over 150 character sheets on dndbeyond (I often make sheets when I'm bored). However it's become a frequent issue that my players do not own the same books I do, and I am wanting to upgrade to Master Tier so I can turn on Content Sharing in my games instead of having to create their sheets myself and allowing them to claim it, which has been causing quite a few bugs in their sheets and content I own not showing up as options (such as missing Feats and Spells) once they've claimed their sheet.
However, it appears I have to first cancel my current subscription in order to purchase a new subscription. My question is will I lose any character sheets or campaigns ive made after canceling or will I keep them and simply be unable to create more until I purchase a new subscription? This is very important to me because of how much work I have saved on this site that I do not wish to lose.
If possible, may I suggest in the future offering something to upgrade your current subscription without having to cancel? Perhaps a discount for doing so so I don't have to spend the full amount to purchase the new one?
