Hello, 

So I recently made a campaign and sent the link to some friends that wanted to play. When I sent them the link it had them make characters, but one of my players is now saying that they cannot access their character but instead it is making them make a new one every time. the character is assigned and they had made modifications before.

If someone knows if I or my player is doing something wrong please let me know.

Are they following the join link you sent to get back to the campaign each time by chance? I'm not sure if that would present this issue honestly, just really the first thing that came to mind. 

If so, the character they created should be in both their My Characters and My Campaigns tab.
