I am not restricting feats to any prerequisites, but these are the only feats available to choose from:

Those all are the free/UA feats. Do you own any content on DNDBeyond? If not you won't see the rest because they're all licensed content (PHB etc.).

D&D Beyond StaffBuilding off of what Emmber stated - if you're receiving content via content sharing, you would need to build the character in that campaign to see those options in the character builder.
Ahhh that's the issue, I have the content via sharing. Thank you!
