So I’ve had every sourcebook shared to me via my DM. When I first made a character I had access to all of the races and classes but since then I only have access to the basics. I’m the only one in the campaign with this issue. Is this a bug or how it’s supposed to work?
Make sure you are creating a character within the campaign. If you are creating characters outside the campaign, you will not have access to shared content.

You have to make the character within the campaign that the content is being shared from for it to show up during character creation.
