The only feat in the basic rules requires 13 str, you'll have to buy the phb (or just the feats) on here to get access to the feats or recreate them yourself through the homebrew tools.

I'm trying to create a Human Variant and the dropdown is bugged, or rather it appears blank and doesn't let you choose anything.

I'm guessing it is because you haven't bought any feats. Grappler is the only* free one.

If you're looking to buy, its in the ravnica book.
I suppose specific subclasses can be hard to track down...
But yeah, Guildmaster's guide to Ravnica has circle of spores.
I think finding which book a subclass is in might be one of the only uses for the search bar. Try that in the future.
