I am taking feats instead of Ability Points. The first feat my character took a year ago was Charger. Trying to use DnDB to manage my character. But there’s no Charger feat and no facility for homebrew feats.

Swing to incapacitate. You never know if the life you save will end up your best friend.
The Charger feat isn't included in the rules that Wizards of the Coast makes available for free. To unlock it on D&D Beyond, you have to purchase the Player's Handbook in the Marketplace or purchase the feat individually (which gives you credit towards purchasing the Player's Handbook.) Alternatively, you could enter it as a homebrew feat for private use if you already own a physical copy of the Player's Handbook.
To use homebrew feats, you have to enable the Homebrew Content option in your Character Preferences when you create/edit your character.

The Charger feat can be unlocked with a purchase from the Marketplace.
Also, here you can homebrew feats.

Oops! Nevermind!! I had accidentally selected Charger as a feat lower in the list! My bad!
Although, perhaps having the already used feats still listed and then pop an error when you try to apply it again?
