I bought Mythic Odysseys of Theros for the minotaur race but it's not showing up it's like the only thing I wanted, and trying to get it from the guild master doesn't work saying I already own this so wtf?

You need to enable Magic: The Gathering Content under Sources in your character's HOME | Preferences.
