I've created a Warforged Artificier character just using the standart values ( 15,14,13,12,10,8 ). I placed the 15 on INT and the 14 on the CON, which it ended as ( 12 STR, 14 DEX, 15 CON, 16 INT, 10 WIS, 8 CHA ), no extra feats, because I will choose one at lvl 2. My surprise it was when I realised my initial HP it was 14 instead of 10 !!!!. Isn't supposed to be 10 since I didn't choosed to get any feat for that character ?? Or ""someone"" applied a hidden gift over that HP ???
If it's a gift, thnxs !!! But, if it's a glitch, what can I do ???
This is a limitation of how the character builder works when you choose manual HP. Because you don't have a character selected, it sets your starting 'rolled' hp value to the highest possible; 12 (because Barbarians have a d12 hit die). This is why you have 14 hit points; default 12 starting hp + 2 con
You can fix this by going into the manage hp menu and setting your rolled hp to match the hit die of your selected class.
