So my email wont log into one account. I asked for support and got it for that email but now it acts like a completely different account. I lost all of my characters and books that I bought. I was force logged out and now I can’t do anything about it. Please help.
To confirm, you signed up originally with ExampleEmail1@email.com, then all of a sudden that email won't let you log in anymore? Then when you tried to reset the password ExampleEmail1@email.com seems to be associated with a different account now? You original post needs a little more information. What account won't it log into? What support did you reach out to and what did they do? Forced logged out yet you are posting, so is this a burner account made with a different email than ExampleEmail1@email.com?
Neither the mods, nor the community can access your account. Contact Support and give them all the info you can. I would recommend signing out of twitch.tv if it shows you logged in there as that can interfere with DnDBeyond.
