I'm running several campaigns for people willing to start playing D&D and I'm handling over pregen characters in order to avoid all the complexities of character creation on the first sessions.
I tried creating the characters and then assigning them to the different campaigns... but it seems like I cannot "handle" over those characters.
currently it's not possible to transfer ownership of a character from one account to another.
However .... the need for a DM to be able to create characters and assign to players (whether giving ownership to their account, or allowing them access to read/edit) is something that is understood and absolutely something that is being introduced.
I don't have a date or this, but expect it may be part of the large overhaul of the character builder/sheet.
Hi, I am interested in the same functionality for the EXACT same reason. Any progress? Could you throw out a guess so I know if this is weeks away or months?
