All of the remaining published content from the PHB, DMG, MM and other D&D 5th edition books will be added to D&D Beyond for product release - the cost for accessing this material has not yet been announced.
Items like Chromatic orb are still missing, making Beyond less useful as a resource :(
Chromatic Orb is not part of the Basic Rules. Once you purchase it from the Player's Handbook or have it shared with you via a campaign, the spell will no longer be "missing."

Yes, anything found only in a physical book must also be bought on the site if you want to access it here.
