I have first created a spell "Demonic Possession", and then from it another spell "Celestial Possession". However, only one of them can be queried in any way (either personal creations, personal collection, or all homebrew searches). How can I regain access to this spell, if at all?

D&D Beyond FoundersDid you publish the spell?
If so, did you then use the "create new version" button on the page for that spell?
If you did, then you're creating a new version of the same spell, which supercedes and replaces that existing spell.
If you want to create a new spell, based on your existing homebrew, then you need to go here:
https://www.dndbeyond.com/homebrew/creations/create-spell
Enter the name of the existing spell that you want to base your new spell on.
