In out campaign, our DM allows us to have a second background. How would be go about adding the extra things you get from that to our sheets on here? TIA
We normally add the extra proficiencies and languages. I was trying to homebrew the background but they are very ridged in what you can do with it. I will try the item thing!

The simplest thing is too homebrew an item which grants those benefits you are referring to.
