The sections of this page for Wood Half-Elf, High Half-Elf, and Aquatic Half-Elf are repetitive. Each section says the exact same thing twice.
Good catch - that does look a little odd!
I am guessing it's due to some back-end database changes to add snippets, which are "rules summaries"
I've flagged this as a bug for attention.
