This will hopefully be fixed in the next big revamp of the character sheet. What I did in the meantime was to make a homebrewed magic item that I use as my pact weapon.

I created a custom attack for my Warlock's pact of the blade pact weapon. The attack appears online but not on the exported character sheet.
