It sounds like your stats might have been overridden with 3s. If you click on one of the ability scores on your character sheet, which fields in the sidebar have non-zero values, and what are they?

I have made a changeling cleric but when I put my stats in for some reason all the stats in my sheets turned into -4 and I can't figure out why.
