Issues with homebrewing tool

I am currently working on a homebrew race. But everytime I try to fill in the racial traits and save it, it just disappears.. anyone having  this issue too?

These fields are required for Races and can't be left blank:

• Name
• Size
• Description
• Racial Trait Introduction ("Your [Race] character has the following racial traits." will do for this.)

I did fill those in.. but when I come to the part to add racial traits, like “ability score increase” it doesnt save it.

Okay, you need to first fill in those required fields in Basic Information, then hit the [Save Changes] button. After that, you can add Traits.

After you've added Traits, hit [Save Changes] again on the main edit page.
